Require a simple black and white logo very similar to the attached sketch. Noting the wording should be "Hever Downs" not "Hever Pastoral" as shown on the sketch. You can choose the right location and font for the wording "Hever Pastoral" it does not need to be where indicated but the end result should be a relatively compact logo.
