Logo Design Brief

I’m looking for a real estate logo that feels streamlined and luxurious—not the typical, overused design with a roof outline. I’m drawn to a clean, elevated aesthetic, similar to the Highland Homes logo I’ve attached as inspiration. My primary brand colors are white, navy blue, and gray, but I’m also open to incorporating an accent color that complements the palette. Tiffany blue is a favorite, or perhaps a softer shade of blue that pairs well with the navy tones in the Highland Homes branding.
