Logo Design Brief

I need help creating a set of logos for my consulting business. The business caters to nonprofits and government agencies and provides strategic planning, project management, and systems building services focused on food insecurity and financial stability. BEAM stands for: Build, Empower, Align, and Mobilize. I am interested in a clean, modern logo in the Bauhaus style. I've attached my pathetic attempt using ChatGPT and Canva. I don't hate it, but it needs a lot of help. I am open to other interpretations as well. The output will be a logo with and without the text contained in the attachment.
