Hello,

I’m thrilled to be part of your project and excited to collaborate with Beyond Fitness. I’ve already started thinking about the layout and how to incorporate the elements, and I’m ready to begin as soon as you provide the final content.

I’m, of course, available for any revisions needed and committed to meeting the agreed budget and timeline.

Looking forward to working together and speak to you soon!

Also… if you want to take a look at my website, it might give you a good idea of the feel and colour scheme we are going for. Beyondfitness.biz

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m making good progress on the project, and I wanted to confirm a few details before moving forward.

Regarding the brochure folding, do you have a particular preference? For instance, we can consider several options:

* A classic tri-fold with three vertical panels, where the left panel is visible first.
* A fold where the central panel is revealed first, highlighting the main content.
* Or a “book-style” fold, where the right panel is the central part, and the brochure opens like a book, offering a different experience.

Please let me know your preferences or any other guidance you have. This will help me tailor the design effectively.

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Best regards,

Hello, thank you for checking in and for the progress update.

For the brochure, I’d like to go with a bi-fold (“book style”) design rather than a tri-fold. Since this brochure will be handed directly to select clients at local golf clubs, we want it to feel more premium, polished, and exclusive, rather than like a standard rack card.

So please proceed with a book-style fold (opens like a booklet) — this aligns with the elevated look and feel we are aiming for.

Thanks again for confirming before moving forward.

Best regards,
Sarah-Jane

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for clarifying that sounds perfect.

I’ve actually already made some progress and was waiting for your confirmation. So, I’ll be sending over the first prototype within the next two hours, just start counting from when you read this message.

I’ll proceed with the bi-fold “book style” layout, ensuring it has that premium and polished feel you’re aiming for.

Thanks again for the guidance I’ll share the preview soon!

Best regards,

Thanks for the draft — I appreciate the direction so far. I do have some key feedback to make sure this piece truly reflects Beyond Fitness: 1. Remove the Wheel Graphic The circular wheel design in the interior panels doesn’t suit our branding or the professional tone we’re after. Please remove it entirely and replace it with a cleaner, text-based or icon-based layout. Simplicity will work better here. 2. Photography Needs to Represent Beyond Fitness Right now, the stock photos make the brochure look generic. I’d like to use actual images from our gym to show our unique space and team in action. I’m attaching several high-quality photos you can use. Please prioritize: • Training photos (trainer with client in gym) • Wide shot of the Beyond Fitness space with our logo on the wall (this could even be the central visual on the back or inside flap) • Locker room or hallway shots as subtle “environment” fillers if needed 3. QR Code I’m open to keeping a QR code, but it should be small, clean, and tucked into the contact area — not a dominant feature. 4. Overall Design Tone • Less is more: fewer, stronger images over multiple small stock images. • Keep the design sleek, modern, and in line with our branding (deep hunter green, cream, and gold accents). • Ensure that the brochure feels gym-focused first. Golf can still be the theme of this piece, but the visuals should make it clear that this is our gym delivering the service. Please let me know once you’ve reworked this with these adjustments, and I’ll provide further feedback. Best regards, Sarah-Jane
