Must have

• An elegant style, Christmas related, high end feel. Provide an offer for a "free exclusive seasonal decor gift limited to the first 25 clients", calling out "Park Cities Homeowners", our contact information, a QR code to our build a package package link.

Nice to have

• We have been installing for 19 years in the DFW metroplex so would be nice to say "nearly 20 years of experience in Park Cities"

Should not have

• Homes that do not look like my target customer, cartoon figures, discount numbers like 15 or 20% off, the term customer vs client or other high end residential names.
