T-shirt Design Brief

I’m looking to have a long-sleeve fishing-style t-shirt designed for Florance Property Solutions. The design should stand out while still tying in with the shirts we’ve previously created for our sister company, Florance Electrical.

I’d like to incorporate a silhouette of a residential construction building in the background (residential only, as we don’t work on large-scale projects) just an idea, although not compulsory.

I’m also considering adding some detail in the blank section at the bottom of the shirt, but I’m open to your creative suggestions for other elements that could enhance the overall design.

I’ve attached our current designs for reference.
