Logo Design Brief

Hey, we're a software startup on the lookout for a fresh new logo. We're a startup based in Hannover, Germany. We develop software for the real estate industry.
The existing concept should get you inspired. I think we should keep the bird of paradise as the mascot. We're on the lookout for paradise bird that's not too abstract, more expressive, but still professional. We'd also like to use this for other things, like a 404 page or a loading page. There are a few ideas for this, which should also give you some inspiration. Some of them are a bit too abstract, and others are a bit too playful.
Feel free to choose whatever colors and fonts you like. The only thing that should remain unchanged is the concept of the colorful bird.
The company name, „openH3“, and the software name, „.immo," should be easy to read. The software name should be replaceable.
