Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for a company called 'Round the Rat', a hop-on hop-off bus service in Ballarat. The use of the word 'rat' is in reference to Ballarat, which is sometimes referred to as The Rat. Looking for a professional looking logo which would work on a bus and all forms of printing (merch/uniform etc.). Colour can be flexible but looking for something to pop while being pretty consistent - no crazy colour combinations. Want it to portray fun and an enjoyable time, while being professional. Could also play on the heritage aspect to Ballarat in font or colour.
