Flyer Design Brief

Keystone OMS is looking to have a flyer designed for a contest for their referrals. I will provide Keystone OMS logo to be on the flyer. Under Keystone OMS logo please have Dr. John Clemenza, DMD, MD, FACS
3041 Innovation Way, Hermitage, PA 16148.

The contest will be as follows -
Rules - Send 3 patients between January 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 for an All-on-4 procedure and Receive a Dexis 3800w IOS courtesy of KEYSTONE OMS. *Patient must commit and complete surgery during stated time frame

I’ve included a couple different pictures as examples of the Dexis 3800w IOS. Please incorporate somehow in the flyer the All-on-4 photo.
