Logo Design Brief

We are looking to redesign our logo and have a good idea of what we are looking for - something similar in style to attached sample logo. Our current logo is also attached. Would like to see both black/white option and also one with color. Logo should be using "JDA" and should have "Jensen Davenport Architects" in ARCON font under it.
