Logo Design Brief

Hi there!
We are a new property development company interested in changing the way buildings are built. We are environmentally driven and strive for improved outcomes in the built form.
Please read the attached file for a full brand deck to understand what we are trying to achieve.
We are not interested in 3dimensional logos with shading etc. The brand must be able to stand on its own without a "logo" ie a typographic brand is ok.
We are interested in working with the successful designer to further build out the brand including the creation of brand colors, fonts and messaging.
