Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new building company based in New Zealand called Astro Builders Ltd.
We are a young building company that specializes in building modern, residential homes.
We would like to see designs that use a deep, rich blue as the primary colour. Open to other ideas as to secondary colours.
Are wanting a logo that is small, simple, yet elegant. Easy to use for business cards as well as company vehicle graphics. Needs to be able to work on dark and light backgrounds.
The final design should communicate our housing projects are modern and new yet budget friendly.
