Tattoo Design Brief

I am 5’2” female 100lbs so my forearm is small, but a portrait of some sort of Machiavelli, but with a horror twist (see photo examples). I really like Anjris Straumes work. He’s a tattoo artist in Europe. I don’t want to copy his style exactly of course, but I like the dark horror themed black and grey realism style, I like his odd spins (double eyes, different eye colours, crescent on forehead, gothic lettering, etc).
