Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company. My company focuses on Executive Coaching, Leadership, and Strategic Account Management. I chose the name of "Everest Leadership Advisors" for the nature of how climbers climb up Mount Everest. You have to climb, go back down to base camp to acclimate to the environment, and climb up again....back and forth you go until you get to the top. That happens in life as well! The mission of my company is to empower leaders to design intentional, successful careers while cultivating fulfilling lives. Through strategic guidance and a focus on authenticity, we help individuals unlock their potential, lead with courage, achieve results, and create a legacy of impact and purpose. I attached a graph that shows the GPS tracking of a climb up Everest as an inspirational idea to incorporate into the logo.
