Flyer Design Brief

Hi - hoping you're able to help design a flyer for letterbox delivery. I think it needs to be 99mm x 210mm.

Side 1 - Large Logo, dark back ground.
Larger text - "5%* Property Management."
Medium Text - "Better Services, Lower Fee's, Higher Yields"
Smaller text at bottom - "0413 836 330 - stuart@doversco.com.au - doversco.com.au"

Back Side -
• Management Fee – 5%+GST of rent collected (no rent paid = no mgmt. fee charged)
• An Establishment fee of $500 for new tenancies we establish.
• Marketing Costs as Required and agreed to between parties.
• No Fee’s for Condition Reports, inspections, re-listing, tenancy renewal, admin costs, or any other ‘sundry’ charges.
• All rent is paid out monthly, yearly ‘profit-and-loss’ statements at no cost.
• Ingoing condition report is produced prior to occupancy, and routine condition inspections are conducted after the first 3months, then every 6months.
• Open homes are advertised in advance, and held on the weekend and one lunchtime or evening per week.
• All applicants are vetted, with the most suitable sent through for your consideration and approval.
• Advise on different tenancy terms as they could have the ability to affect the long-term yields.
