Logo Design Brief

This is a logo for a new division within our company. It is a mini excavation and hauling division.

Attached are the logos of primary company "Woodsmith" and a sister company brand. We are trying to keep them all similar in appearance. This one should align also, but perhaps also capture and earthy feel to it. (as it is for excavation and hauling)
