Logo Design Brief

We are scaling from a cottage bakery to retail and need to evolve our logo/branding. I have the base logos which I have created for the NEW BRANDING, but would like some variations of these to be used in various parts of the business (community facing, in store design, marketing copy). The new logos are very rigid and we probably need some fun variants. I will also provide our current logo and thought it might be nice to have a storyboard/timeline that shows the evolution from that brand to the new.
