T-shirt Design Brief

I have a brand called jobtown Outdoors. We make apparel for firefighters who enjoy the outdoors to clear the mind. I like the look of firefighter skeleton art immersed in the outdoors. Please look up @zack_newton on instagram. I really like his skeleton art and am hoping to embody that in the designs i put out. So heres what I am looking for. I havent seen anything i like yet. I want to recreate the photo attached. He is hunched behind a tree calling at mallard ducks getting ready to drop into the hole. There are a handful of mallard decoys in the water. There are some ripples from the guy splashing the water around with his legs. There is a black labrador sitting on a stand next to him. He is wearing camo, but it all is dark, timber style camo. He is wearing duck hunting waders. Maybe one of them has a mustache. Tag line for the design is "Timber Talk". See attached picture for inspiration.
