Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a new company based in Houston, Texas. It is a business that represents someone who is selling their business. The logo will be used for website, letterhead, and business cards. Dark Brown Color. The design should communicate efficiency, precision, hunter, straightforward. I like clean lines - with detail. I am going to attach a logo I located that I like a lot - and would like something similar.
