Web Design Brief

INTRODUCTION: The Economic Collaborative of Northern Arizona (ECoNA) is a 501-C3 nonprofit regional economic development organization with the goals of creating jobs, strengthening, and supporting existing business, and increasing wealth and prosperity of the region. ECoNA is a private/public consortium funded by the nine sectors of the region with membership from large employers, small businesses, utilities, educational institutions, non‐profits, city government, county government, financial institutions, and developers/real estate/contractors. Our region consists of Flagstaff, Winslow, Sedona and Camp Verde and all of Coconino County.

MISSION: “With our partners, we provide quality economic growth for Northern Arizona.”

PROJECT & DESCRIPTION: We are hoping to revitalize and strengthen our brand, creating a cohesive and impactful identity that resonates with our target audience. Utilization of recent strategic data should be incorporated to invoke personal, emotional, and genuine elements into promotional activities, ensuring that marketing strategies resonate on a human level rather than feeling impersonal or automated. Collaborating with our team to understand key messaging is imperative. Communicating who we are, what we do and why it’s important is key.
WEBSITE: Update the existing website for a comprehensive refresh. Our goal is to enhance the user experience, modernize the design and improve functionality to better align with our brand and goals outlined in the strategic plan.
The website should do the following:
• Engage website visitors with fresh and updated content.
• Capture website visitors and convert them into a lead.
• Refresh current website with more photo rich content.
• Create a page that shows available buildings or land options.
• Create a search function.
• Ensure mobile friendliness.
• Ensure that the website is user friendly.
Create a feature that allows us to upload properties in the region for sale or lease.

Please see the attached new logo which has yet to be launched as we want to roll it out with the website refresh. We are open to other features that you feel our website should have. Please also see our attached strategic roadmap.
