Label Design Brief

Switch Distillery is working on our first release: Bush Cut Gin, a bold and distinctly Australian small-batch craft gin. We are seeking a professional label design that is modern, fun, and visually highlights our use of unique native botanicals. The label must be print-ready, adhere to Australian spirits labelling regulations, and incorporate room for batch and bottle numbers.
We will be printing a label to go onto the UniquePak 700ml Premiere Bottle (UP700P-C), and all files must be prepared to industry standards including dielines, bleed, and print finishes (emboss/foil layers as needed).

Bright and evocative, Bush Cut Gin opens with a clean, classic juniper backbone. A vibrant citrus medley follows—fresh lemon peel, lemon aspen, and dried mandarin create a layered zestiness, with native desert lime’s tart dryness adding bite. River mint and lemon verbena add herbal lift, with soft floral elderflower and buttery macadamia for depth. A warm spice finish from coriander, cardamom, cassia bark, and pepperberry rounds out this bright, aromatic, and subtly spicy modern Australian gin.
