Brochure Design Brief

We provide rate sheets to agents for our scenic flights and I would like to make them easier to read and more comprehensive. I'd also like to be able to edit the information in the design, as tours get updated and so do the rates. We've got new product out of shark bay, so the sections would need to be: Perth, Geraldton, Kalbarri and Shark Bay. I've attached what we've been using and also some concept photos.

I've put this under brochure redesign as I wasn't sure what a rate sheet would be considered. Open to different formats if it means content is editable.
