PowerPoint Design Brief

We need to create a generic PowerPoint template for our organization. We are in the commercial facilities industry, servicing convenience, restaurants, grocery, and retail customers in the US. We handle trades such as HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Food Equipment, Coffee, etc.

We need to incorporate our new logo, updated colors, Font (Arial). We want it to stand out in this deck and avoid looking like all other facility companies. We want to make sure the template size is not too large (less than 20 MB), so it prevent people to edit/send.
Attached are new logo, colors, old powerpoint template, and finally the "New Design to Incorporate into Template" is new materials we're looking to leverage. This might give you ideas.

Create at least 10 slides (1 cover, 1 agenda slide, at least 7 general slides, and 1 wrap-up slide)
