Tattoo Design Brief

If you look at my sleeve, you will see the dark black line on my bicep. Its very dark and distinctly seperates the bicep and forarm areas. I am looking for some manipulation or creative design using the line and areas just above and below it to soften the transition. I am open to covering up the words above the line to create a second line with design between them etc....really anything you can think of to get the desired result even it if means changing, covering or usings other parts around it.
