We need a logo for a new build apartment community in Saratoga Springs, NY. It is going to be called The Ridge. We want it to evoke nature, exclusivity, and a modern edge. Given the contrast between the modern white interiors and the earthy sage and black exterior, the logo should walk the line between sophisticated minimalism and organic luxury. We want the main version text of The Ridge to be the same green as the building, with variations of either a white or black background, matching the other exterior colors.
Please be sure to include multiple color ways in the design package (white font, transparent PNG background, black font).

- a modern serif can give a luxury vibe (think: Playfair, Canela), while a custom sans-serif (like Gotham or Poppins with spacing) feels clean and design-forward.

Requirements
Must have
- Overall Aesthetic: Modern, clean lines — to reflect the sleek interiors. Grounded and natural — nodding to the name and sage exterior. Elevated, but approachable — gives a feeling of premium living without being too cold or corporate.
Nice to have
- Iconography Ideas: A minimalist ridge line, silhouette of a hill or crest. Subtle play on elevation, like stacked lines, tiers, or a topographic contour design. Could also play with a horizontal line cutting through the text to represent a ridge. Color Palette: Deep sage or muted forest green — ties to the exterior. Matte black or charcoal — for clean, grounding contrast. Warm white or bone — reflects interior and adds calm balance. Optional accent: a touch of brushed gold or bronze for elegance (especially if signage or print).
