Logo Design Brief

Innovative Vision Products, LLC is a Ukrainian medical products company that sells various products associated with vision and ophthalmology. They will soon provide eye banking services in Ukraine but also market eye wear and products ophthalmologists use when caring for patients.
We want a logo which is:
1. Modern in look and feel.
2. Not too 'busy'
3. Classy and reserved, not cartoonish
4. Not too specific due to the broad nature of both the vision products being marketed, and target customers.
5. If more than one color, it should also be able to be used monochromatic (1 bit).
6. Avoid the temptation to use national colors (blue and yellow) unless you feel there is a compelling reason too.
