Indeed, no coding required. We will do this ourselves.

We do not expect a lot of pages but enough unique elements/building blocks/layouts on the pages you design to build the pages later ourselves.

In short: We are looking for a design that has clear and flexible building blocks so that would still look good when moving around sections. So the amount of pages is less important here. Its the amount of reusable building blocks that is more important.

- Most elements on the current website can be used as a reference of the different building blocks we are looking for.
