Brochure Design Brief

I need something that looks professional but eye catching to bring to doctor's office for display. I want it to have my logo, some 3D images and have a cohesive design. I want it to give a summary of what I offer in terms of elective ultrasounds: Peace of mind, early gender, 3D/4D. It should also mention that I can travel to the patient for in-home ultrasounds. (size around 4 x 9" rack card or trifold brochure)

Must have

• A focus on the elective portion of my business--offering the most amazing 3D images around (maybe not those words exactly). Offering on site and in-home services. Packages include Peace of Mind, Early gender, and 3D/4D imaging. Professional and experienced sonographer with 15+ years experience. Include 3d images. For this brochure, I don't want to mention the diagnostics portion as I will be bringing them to OBGYN office to hopefully display. I would like a "What we offer" section including -Conveniently located in Troy, NY or book in your home! -Early peace of mind ultrasounds starting at 6 weeks -Early gender determination starting at 13 weeks -A large, comfortable viewing space to bring your family. Kids are always welcome! -Top of the line technology to guarantee you will get the best possible images of your baby -Discounts for repeat families in the same pregnancy -Heartbeat animals to record baby's heartbeat -Gender reveal extinguishers, cannons, and balloons -3D face to Realistic AI transformation I would prefer for my face not to be on the brochure.
