Trade Show Booth Design Brief

I need the design of the sign for our company's corporate offices, attached is a photo of the previous business that was called Infinitel, now we are in that location, IN THE PHOTO FROM THE STREET with the number 1 in yellow I have put where I need to design a sign or sign, this sign can be lit up at night and in 2 also in yellow is the shop window that we must also design with ideas.

I also attach the BRANDBOOK of our brand GREEN AND BLUE VILLAS, we are a company dedicated to the tourist rental of villas in Ibiza and Menorca.

The company is dedicated to the tourist management of licensed tourist homes in Ibiza, so we want the shop window and the sign to indicate the name of the brand, its logo and also to make it clear that it is this office.

We want to attract the attention of people passing by on the street and make them understand what we do. We are NOT a real estate agency but rather a tourist company that manages holiday homes or villas.
