It would be great if you added a few logos that you like yourself, so that designers understand in what direction to work. Because "Built different" does not have clear and understandable associations.

What was built? By whom? How?

Without this, it is almost impossible to create a memorable brand.
Look at the logos of clothing companies that you wear yourself. Compare the graphics and what is written there - the name. These are either variations on the theme of capital letters, or some kind of sign that thematically fits into the overall design.
It is not clear from the brief what and what kind you would like to see in your logo.
