Logo Design Brief

We need need a logo design for a new short term rental we just opened in central Rome. The house is a luxury penthouse with a big terrace overlooking the ethernal city. The logo must be sober and minimalist, modern and elegant but at the same time must convey "old money" vibes.

The house is located in the top floor of the building and we think one possibility is to include the peculiar shape of the building in the logo concept (atteched picture) . I also upload a logo I like from an hotel I visited this summer for ispiration.
