Banner Ad Design Brief

I need a banner designed for my sponsorship of a little league. The banner will be printed on a magnet and placed on all of the field score boards. The size of the banner will be 4 feet wide by 21 inches tall


Ive got an idea of what it needs to say I just need help with the design.

Ive uploaded our logo and my simple idea for the banner.

Id like colors to mostly be black white and subtle gold.

I can add anything that would enhance this. Headshots, real estate images, baseball images.

Im not creative at all so dont know how to do this.

I also uploaded an example of the one someone used last year.
