Logo Design Brief

We need a revised logo for our publishing company. We make prayer books for the Sephardic Jewish community from Morocco. Our motif is intricate Mediterranean, mosaic art. We want a new look logo that is centered around Moroccan architecture, specifically the Moroccan doorway structure, as the feature of the logo. I like the blue from the city of Chefchaouen, Morocco. Not interested in using the Jewish star/Star of David or the candelabra in the logo as they are generic Jewish symbols.
