Logo Design Brief

***I have a logo that I have designed to help with it. I would like to recreate it as best we can. Can you please take a look at the new update?

This will be a full service chef driven restaurant/ Wine bar. We will expand into retail down the road so it needs to be a versatile logo. I would like for it to have an "AH" cool design with Assembly house also written out. I may eliminate the words but want to drill down the font for it. This should be a cross between elegant and modern design please.
