Hello All - Thank you for your interest. I updated the brief with a VERY crudely drawn idea of the basic idea, showing the style and feel of what we are looking for. A simple design, just enough ornamentation to show top part of microphone to be the capitol building. Simple icon type graphic, blue or you can try 2 colors red and blue. Shading on the top of this graphic makes the top look too small in proportion to the bottom, so if shaded then adjust bottom appropriately with shading or something so they look the same size.
