Logo Design Brief

I would like to create a logo for my production company here in Chicago. We are artists who produce original theater and fun music. The basic image should include a very specific style of hat knows as a "Stingy Brim". It is a common hat worn by cholos in East Los Angeles. I would also like an old english font. Anything that has to do with the city of Chicago could be included as well. I've included a photo of what a stingy brim hat looks like.
