Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Alberta, Canada called 'RareBird Parfum'. Inspired by God’s fragrant theatre, distinct NATURAL perfumes are crafted for each stage of the hearts quest (i.e. Hero's Journey model - see photos). The inaugural collection departs from the world of common day.

We would like designs with a fine art quality feel and that incorporate an Art Nouveau-Deco / maximalist / eccentric / avant-garde flair. If the logo (part or all of it) could work well for a wax seal stamp - that would be a bonus.

Aspirational brand values are: Increasingly grateful, Continuously growing, Inspirationally joyful, Wildly innovative, Fully alive, Truly purposeful, Incredibly transformative, Selfless living, Charitable giving. The final design should communicate: * Extraordinary quality * Bold and elegant with allure * Celebration of natural organic beauty * Empowering people to connect with their true purpose/being called on a journey into the unknown.

Here is a haiku poem I wrote for the website; it captures the brand heartbeat.

Rare blossom unfolds
in a monochromatic world.
She is art, not chance.

Women ages 45+ - with disposable income, flamboyant personalities, despise the status quo, and have an ethical/environmental mindset. Those that wear John Fleuvog shoes ;)

Requirements

Must have

• Elegant, eccentric, alluring yet simple enough to be scalable - postage stamp to cargo van.

Nice to have

• Be able to be used for a wax seal stamp. I love when there is flow that is slight abstract. Kind of quirky, yet gorgeous. Not overly complicated yet bold/exaggerated and artsy. Examples of these elements in action are in Jeanne Lavins logo and sketches. A neat balance of a being subtly overstated.

Should not have

• The Lanvin images are only to give example to the art elements I enjoy (flow, slight exaggerated abstract proportions yet strong, balanced).
