Tattoo Design Brief

I am looking to get a tattoo piece on my left chest. In simplicity - a rose going through a queen's crown. I am looking for your interpretation of this but my thoughts are: the crown being the centerpiece with a short stemmed rose starting in bottom left, feeding through the crown, and the rose head petals appearing in top right section between/by the crown's points. Traditional or neo traditional style preferred; majority of black and gray but color on the crown would be fine. Wife’s birthday is August so maybe some Peridot/light green coloring on crown?

Attached are reference photos for the style of tattoo I am looking for. My wife is getting similar to the vertical rose with a smaller crown while I am getting a fuller piece on my left chest.
