Flyer Design Brief

I need an easy to read, easy to follow and eye catching meal plan created for a new Fitness Challenge that we are starting at our gym. The Meal Plan will be printed out in full color on standard paper size (8.5" x 11")

The meal plan can be double sided if needed.

Infographics, colors, graphs, arrows -- design elements should be added to make the meal plan stand out.

The Meal Plan should be branded with our FitNatik logo and have the challenge name "Battle of the Besties" somewhere visible.

We are in a time crunch and need completed design submitted by Friday, January 17th, late morning.
