Logo Design Brief

Would like to create a business logo that references the origin of the name of the firm, which is the south fork of the Snake River in Idaho, where there is great fly fishing. So, I was thinking we try for a rainbow trout dancing above the water going after a fly on the end of a line. Woodland color palette, maybe the works "South Fork Development" shaped like mountains in the background with the fish and fly in the foreground. Something like the example provided.
