As a professional designer, and before I ask some questions, have to mention that:
The gender of the owner of a company is not a qualifier for the description of the business operation, or the job requirements.

Who is your Target market?
What is their income bracket?
What sort of properties?
Residential? Commercial? Retail? All?

What sort of style, I shall determine from the above.

However your Font preference would be helpful (Over 5000 to choose from)
Also, there is a color selector chart where you posted this project where you can select, as closely as possible, what you think Royal Blue is.
For most people this is anywhere between Marine and Navy. (Making this a little difficult to interpret).

But no problem. Lets decide on the Font and the Target market.
