I am picturing a bee as the mascot image of the flyer. The bee is female, plump and shapely, she is wearing an apron maybe

She should be doing one of the following, either:

1. She has a duster (like she has been dusting) in one hand OR
2. She can also have a vacuum instead of a duster OR
3. A spray bottle in one hand and a wiping cloth in the other hand

I want her to look happy and hardworking.
