Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for our new commercial real estate brokerage. Name is Turn Key CRE. Would like for the logo to be fairly minimalistic and in the art deco style.

Having a key integrated into the image makes the most sense, but not required. I worked up some AI image examples that I liked to use as a basis for design.
