Logo Design Brief

I'm working with a small candle company called Lucerra (formerly Olim). They do hand-poured artisanal candles and are looking for a new logo and later all new packaging for the company. Their aesthetic is minimalist and sophisticated, and they lean to a black and white design but are open to other suggestions. They source the inspiration for their scents from nature. In case they ever branch out from candles, they want the logo to be flexible to be able to later include scents, soaps, etc. so no candle specifics in the logo. The final design should communicate approachable luxury and calm.  Lucerra is a lifestyle brand for discerning customers who value quality and ambiance.

Target Market(s)

Primary Audience: More urban, aged 25–45, interested in home decor, sustainability, and wellness. Likes to discover niche brands. Secondary Audience: Gift shoppers, event planners (for occasions like weddings or parties).
