T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a design like the “One Way” design below, but with some changes. Love that design but instead of a city skyline, we want the view like the one in the picture of looking out the front window of the race car at the race track. Maybe add a guy waving the checkered flag on a flag stand on the wall. Maybe incorporate a checkered flag with the American flag.
