Logo Design Brief

I am dentist opening a new practice in TN. I am needing new attractive logo for my business. I want it to be professional and perhaps elegant. I like the color blue, but I am open to other options. The office is in a professional part of town so it does not need to be too cartoonish. I am open to some form of a tooth incorporated in it and/or the use of the letter 'D'. Thank you all!
