That is: The Foundation aims to promote the study, design, and execution of public utility projects in the Municipality of Morbegno that can also benefit the population of this Municipality, contributing, in whole or in part, to the related costs. It may also provide funds and contributions for the implementation of designed projects when they are approved and sanctioned by the Authority and the duly competent bodies.
