Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company that provides sports performance training & coaching to athletes all over the world, ranging from kids to professional athletes. The training methods and approach are unique to this business & extremely popular on social media. I'd like the logo to be focused on the core business, but also be something that anyone would like to wear on apparel in public, as the logo looks good to those who might not even train themselves. The final design should communicate sacrifice, hard work, struggle, and suffering - all of which are necessary to achieve greatness. The business owner's name is Joey Bergles & it's focused around his training and coaching methods.
