Logo Design Brief

I need a logo redesign for a Personal Training/Online Fitness Coaching company specialising in physique transformations for people in their 20's & 30's, which also extends into competition preps for bodybuilding shows. I would like to maintain the colours of the original logo ideally however am open to some creative change. I'd like the logo to have a fresher feel. Perhaps playing on the word "shredded" and having elements of sharpness, as that could communicate what we do at JSF Physiques. I have uploaded the current logo for reference.
