Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for our coffee company (distributer). We are located in the Caribbean in the country of Belize. The name of our coffee is Bahlam or B'alam ("black jaguar" or "sun jaguar"). The jaguar was considered a divine animal by Mesoamerican people. It was the only big cat that could swim. The Aztecs and Mayans built temples to the jaguar, and high-ranking Aztec warriors wore jaguar skins as a sign of status. We are looking for a logo or graphic that will attract customers to our brand.
